Data Collection and Use:
Contimo collects personal data for invoicing based on performance metrics and optimizing advertising campaigns. This ensures that our services are tailored to meet both our business objectives and our clients’ needs effectively.
Invoicing
Purpose: Advertisers pay for their advertising to be shown at publishers websites and for readers to read their advertorials. For this we collect data to let publishers invoice advertisers for the service.

Data Security and Retention:
Contimo retains personal data for a period of 365 days to support the invoicing process and campaign optimization. After this period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Children's Privacy:
Contimo does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information from our servers promptly.
International Data Transfers:
Contimo uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in providing our services to customers. These third parties may access, process, or store Personal Data in the course of providing their services. Contimo obtains contractual commitments from them to protect your Personal Data.
Your personal information may be transferred and stored in countries outside the EEA that are subject to different standards of data protection. Contimo takes appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal information are in accordance with applicable law and carefully managed to protect your privacy rights and interests, including through the use of standard contractual clauses and certifications to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (“DPF”), the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF, and the Swiss-US DPF , which entered into force on July 10, 2023.
User Consent:
For consent handling we adhere to the IAB consent framework, allowing users to manage their preferences and control the information collected about them. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, affecting the data collected henceforth.
IAB TCF

Compliance. If the Client supports IAB TCF, Client undertakes to comply with all applicable regulations and specifications as well as terms and conditions governing the IAB TCF during the term of this Agreement.

Effect. Provided that Client supports the IAB TCF and subject to the Client's fulfilment of its obligations under Clause B.1 at all times, Client fulfils its obligations under Clauses B.2.1, 2.2, B2.3, B.2.4 by using a CMP with valid registration of the IAB in accordance with the applicable regulations of the IAB TCF and the information provided by Contimo via the GVL.

TCF changes. At the time of signing of this Agreement, Contimo supports the IAB TCF 2.2 (available at https://iabeurope.eu/tcf-supporting-resources/). Contimo shall give due notice if it intends to move to another standardized mechanism to support compliance with Applicable Data Protection Law (e.g. change to another consent and transparency framework) or to a successor version of the IAB TCF 2.0. In such a case and to the extent applicable, the provisions contained in this Agreement related to the IAB TCF shall apply mutatis mutandis to the successor version or any other consent and transparency mechanism, as applicable and appropriate. To the extent any of the above requires changes or amendments to the provisions of this Agreement, the Parties will discuss in good faith to amend this Agreement as required.

Non-TCF CMP. If Client uses a Non-TCF CMP instead, the Client has to ensure compliance with this Agreement, in particular provided that at all times Client fulfils its obligations under Clauses B.1, B2.3, 2.2, B.2.4 and B.2.5.
Changes to This Policy:
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes and obtain your consent where required.
